ABOUT US

FIRM MISSION:

We are constantly aware that each client is an individual whose case is very important. Clients are treated as people, not numbers. As such, calls from clients are returned promptly and courteously. We also try as much as possible to keep clients informed as to the status of their cases and to let them know what they can be doing to help their case move towards a successful conclusion.

Scott frequently addresses the community on important issues.
We work frequently with the GLBTQ community to prepare legal documents that respect and protect their relationships. The firm works to overturn discriminatory laws and until these laws are changed, helps clients with the documents necessary to protect them and their loved ones in the event of disability or death. We can also help to protect the relationship that non-biological parents may have with the children they are rearing.

The firm also has a strong commitment to community service and being regularly involved in charitable and political activities in an attempt to improve our community.
