Practice mainly in areas of HIV/gay/lesbian issues, Social Security disability/SSI claims, HIV/disability discrimination, asbestos-related injury litigation (plaintiffs), probate; successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court; frequently present seminars on HIV/AIDS and Gay/lesbian/transgender legal issues to various groups, including bar associations, AIDS volunteers of Cincinnati, Ohio AIDS Coalition, support groups, government agencies, health professionals, medical doctors' grand rounds, social workers and legal committees.
